TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIENCE

- The Islas del Rosario experience runs from 9 am to 5 pm, including arrival time at the marina. It includes a captain, an assistant, and fuel.

- You will enjoy a panoramic tour of the Islas del Rosario, Barú, Playa Blanca, Bocachica, Caño de Loro, and Tierra Bomba. You can stop at any of these locations based on the client’s preferences and schedule feasibility. If weather conditions are unfavorable on that day, the return to Cartagena will be at 3 pm, and the remaining time can be spent in the Cartagena bay.

2. RESERVATION POLICIES

- The experience does NOT include food and drinks.

- The boat is equipped with a cooler containing a 10-kilogram bag of ice, which can be used by the client.

- Only the number of people specified in the reservation will be allowed on the boat.

- The entry of luggage, groceries, and sound equipment not listed in the prior reservation will not be permitted.

- On the day of the experience, the client must sign the rental contract and the departure document, agreeing to comply with the navigation policies required by our agency.

3. PAYMENT POLICIES

- Accepted payment methods include Cash, Deposits, Card Reader, and Bank Transfers.

- Payments made via card reader will incur an additional 5% fee on the total transaction.

- Payments made via payment link will also incur an additional 5% fee on the total transaction.

- The contracted service must be fully paid for before the start of the experience. Payments made from a bank other than Bancolombia must be completed two days prior to the experience to allow for verification.

- During the regular season, to guarantee your reservation, the client must pay 50% of the total amount.

- During the high season (from December 25th to January 15th), the client must pay 100% of the total cost of the requested experience to guarantee their reservation.

- If the initial deposit or final payment is made via payment link or credit card, the cardholder must sign a support document for that payment on the day of the experience.

4. CANCELLATION POLICIES

- If weather conditions are not favorable for sailing and Dimar prohibits the departure of boats, the deposit will be refundable, with a deduction of $50,000 for operational expenses. Alternatively, you can reschedule your experience within a maximum period of 6 months if you wish.

- If you wish to cancel a reservation 30 days before the experience, half of the initial deposit or 25% of the total service value will be refunded. You can also reschedule your departure within a maximum period of 6 months without any additional penalty.

- If you wish to cancel 7 days before the experience, the initial deposit will not be refunded, but you can reschedule your experience within a maximum period of 6 months.

- If you wish to cancel your reservation 6 days or less before the experience, no money will be refunded, and no new date will be rescheduled.

- For reservations made during the high season from December 25th to January 15th, no refunds will be made for any reason in case of cancellation.
